How to cancel your plan
If you decide that for any reason, this Plan does not meet your needs then please return it to within 14 days from the date of purchase in writing. If no services or call outs have been mad you will receive a full refund.
Thereafter you may cancel the plan at any time by informing us however no refund will be payable, and a £50 administration charge may apply.
We may renew your plan at the end of its term for another 12 months. However, should you wish not to renew. You will be obligated to write to Your Administrator to stop a renewal of your contract 30 days prior to your renewal date.
We shall not be bound to accept renewal of any plans and may at any time cancel any plan document by giving 14 days notice in writing where there is a valid reason for doing so. A cancellation letter will be sent to you at your last known address. Valid reasons may include but are not limited to:
· Where we reasonably suspect fraud
· Non-payment of agreement
· Threatening and abusive behaviour
· Non-compliance with plan terms and conditions
· You have not taken reasonable care to provide complete and accurate answers to the questions we ask.
Where our investigations provide evidence of fraud or a serious non-disclosure, we may cancel the plan immediately and backdate the cancellation to the date of the fraud or the date when you provided us with incomplete or inaccurate information, which may result in your plan being cancelled from the date you originally took it out.
If we cancel the plan and/or any additional covers you will receive a refund of any monies you have paid for the cancelled cover, less a proportionate deduction for the time we have provided cover, unless the reason for cancellation is fraud.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Our electronic, telecommunications and written information is fully compliant with EUGDPR (European Union General Data Protection Regulations 2018. Our electronic communications such as emails are fully end to end encrypted. If you have issues receiving communications from us, please contact us. If you decide to purchase one of our products or services, you agree to relevant information about you being held on our secure system for a period of time necessary for us to complete the goods or services description. Any personal information such as financial or medical will only be held on our system with your full consent. All information gathered will be destroyed when it becomes unessential, unless we are liable to keep such information for legal purposes. You have the right to object any information held by us, and request your information to be erased from our records unless legal obligations apply.
Your legal right to cancel a Contract starts from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation (the date on which we e-mail you to confirm our acceptance of your order), which is when the Contract between us is formed. Your deadline for cancelling the Contract is twenty four (24) hours prior to the callout repair.
To cancel a Contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to do this is to call us on 0800 195 4964 or email us at email@example.com who will confirm cancellation
If you cancel your Contract within the cooling off period we will: Refund you the price you paid for the Products or Services. Please note, however, that we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods or services, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop
Refund any delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of a Product or Service within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the Product delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option
Delivery of all goods or service orders we be sent out within 72 hours of cleared payment via secure Email or postal delivery.
